- Design scalable AI governance models for global implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Computer Science or equivalent with 8+ years in bleeding-edge research
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with policy advisory roles for UN/WHO tech initiatives
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executable blueprints
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging quantum programming languages
