Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with future market disruption
- Author thought leadership on human-AI coevolution paradigms
- Identify emerging tech vectors (neuromorphic chips, AGI precursors, etc.)
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026 capability deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years in advanced AI development
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 95%+ accuracy
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in enterprise-scale ML deployment (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
