Responsibilities

- Design ethical AI frameworks and governance policies for responsible technology deployment
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen AI features into core offerings
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a specialized team of AI futurists and technology scouts
- Monitor global AI trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in executive technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and scaling AI products in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural architecture search, and AGI research
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier AI journals (Nature AI, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
