- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, prioritizing AI integration and emerging tech adoption
- Lead end-to-end implementation of cutting-edge AI systems and automation frameworks
- Identify market disruptors and emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and predictive analytics
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers in future-focused skill development
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through strategic ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in AI/ML strategy
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and predictive modeling
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technologists
- Prior CTO/CTO-equivalent role in tech-forward organization
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or conferences
