Responsibilities
- Develop AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across ML pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI principles
- Design transparency mechanisms for autonomous systems
- Create governance policies for AI decision-making
- Collaborate with engineering teams on ethical by design
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes globally
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or related field + 5 yrs AI experience
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Proven experience with cross-functional ethics governance
- Strong background in ML model lifecycle management
- Experience with bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Stanford HAI)
