- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI transparency and accountability standards
- Proactively identify ethical risks in autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Create educational materials for employees on responsible AI deployment practices
- Represent the company at global ethics policy forums and industry coalitions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech ethics, or responsible innovation roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Familiarity with generative AI and autonomous system architectures
