Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI ethics, philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Experience with ML model explainability techniques
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
