Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI
- Proficiency in fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of published ethics guidelines or frameworks
