Responsibilities

- Advocate for inclusive AI design principles across product development cycles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or ethical technology development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex socio-technical systems
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder consensus-building processes
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (demonstrated)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
