Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in fairness metrics, adversarial testing, and bias mitigation techniques
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-scale AI ethics policies
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or explainable AI (XAI)
