Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Design transparent explainability protocols for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with legal, engineering, and social science stakeholders
- Create regulatory compliance roadmaps for emerging AI legislation
- Author public-facing ethics reports and stakeholder communication materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and datasets
- Proven track record of developing organizational ethics policies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
