- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and accountability
- Author ethics impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Monitor emerging regulations and update compliance protocols
- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics
- Proficiency with Python for ethical auditing tools
- Certification in AI Risk Management (e.g., from Partnership on AI)
- Experience presenting complex ethical concepts to technical audiences
