Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models and datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into AI product lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with engineers, policymakers, and community representatives
- Establish monitoring protocols for ongoing ethical compliance of deployed AI systems
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Author white papers and internal policies on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex ethical dilemma resolution
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI)
- Experience with participatory design methods for inclusive technology development
