Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical risk assessment protocols for AI systems

- Conduct algorithmic audits for fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Create ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical considerations into development pipelines
- Represent the company in AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias detection techniques
- Strong background in machine learning and neural networks
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with ethical review boards or compliance processes
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
