Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI deployment across healthcare, finance, and infrastructure sectors
- Lead cross-functional committees to establish ethical guidelines for quantum-AI integration
- Advocate for inclusive AI design practices through stakeholder workshops and public consultations
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (e.g., EU AI Act 2.0) and ensure compliance with evolving standards
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics in partnership with Stanford and MIT research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing ethics policies for Fortune 500 tech companies
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for LLMs and computer vision systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks and ethical certification processes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation (top-tier conferences/journals)
- Familiarity with quantum computing's ethical implications preferred
