Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives on ethical AI frameworks and governance models for 2026 deployment scenarios

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development pipelines
- Present findings at global forums including UN Tech Summits and AI Ethics Consortiums
- Advise governments and Fortune 500 companies on responsible AI adoption strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics research
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Expertise in fairness metrics, explainable AI (XAI), and algorithmic auditing
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong programming skills in Python/R with experience in ML frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
