Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics venues (e.g., FAccT, NeurIPS Ethics Workshop)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for deep learning systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into engineering requirements
