- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics for industry conferences and journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI principles and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience conducting ethics impact assessments for high-stakes AI applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published work on AI ethics case studies or policy development
