Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for 2026-era AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for neural networks processing human data
- Coordinate with international bodies on AI safety standards and treaties
- Train engineers on responsible AI development practices using our proprietary Ethical Compass toolkit
- Proactively identify emerging ethical dilemmas in generative AI and biotech convergence
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published work on AI alignment or machine learning interpretability
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience working with quantum computing ethics committees
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into engineering requirements
- Fluency in policy development for emerging technologies
- Strong background in cross-cultural ethical analysis
