Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias and fairness
- Develop industry standards for explainable AI in high-stakes domains
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI workflows
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance with regulatory compliance experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience working with quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Strong background in applied ethics for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
