Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary ethics committees with neuroscientists and policy experts
- Develop bias-mitigation protocols for generative neural networks
- Conduct predictive impact assessments on emerging tech (2030-2040)
- Create real-time ethical monitoring systems for autonomous decision-making
- Partner with UN Digital Ethics Council on global standards
- Mentor ethics interns in neuro-ethical philosophy
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics leadership
- Published research on quantum ethics or neuro-ethical frameworks
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
- Proficiency in ethical impact modeling tools (EthicsCanvas, Fairlearn)
