Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record designing ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness assessment techniques
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
