Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for advanced ML models
- Design compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with industry coalitions and policymakers
- Create transparency mechanisms for explainable AI (XAI) deployment
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for algorithmic fairness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with XAI techniques and model interpretability tools
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Published research on algorithmic accountability highly valued
