Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and explainability
- Create audit protocols for neuro-symbolic AI decision-making processes
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry consortiums and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics or neuro-symbolic systems
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, DeepMind)
- Prior work with autonomous systems governance (self-driving cars, medical AI)
