Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging regulations
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong stakeholder communication across technical/non-technical domains
