- Establish governance protocols for AI lifecycle management from training to deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI practices with engineering and product teams
- Monitor emerging ethical standards and translate them into actionable company policies
- Represent Nexus in industry coalitions shaping global AI governance standards
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI deployment and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Deep understanding of sociotechnical systems and human-AI interaction dynamics
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI certificate)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
