Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or Computer Science (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OECD AI Principles
- Experience with bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
