Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for ML models and autonomous systems
- Develop compliance protocols for emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, neural networks)
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, NGOs, and industry coalitions on AI policy
- Establish internal review boards for high-stakes AI deployment decisions
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in AI applications and mitigation strategies
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics implementation
- Experience with AI system lifecycle management and risk assessment
- Strong stakeholder management and policy advocacy capabilities
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
