Responsibilities
- Design and enforce AI ethics policies aligned with global regulatory standards and emerging 2026 compliance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems to identify bias, fairness, and transparency risks
- Develop governance frameworks for generative AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development pipelines
- Represent the organization in industry forums shaping AI ethics standards
- Create transparency reports and stakeholder communications on AI impact assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance roles
- Deep expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience developing bias mitigation frameworks for machine learning systems
- Strong knowledge of quantum computing ethics and 2026 technology trends
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
