Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems across 50+ product lines
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with VPs from Engineering, Legal, and Policy
- Establish certification protocols for AI deployments meeting ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Design whistleblower mechanisms and ethical escalation protocols for AI incidents
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption at global policy forums and industry coalitions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or Technology (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI in regulated industries
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or relevant conference presentations
