Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias and transparency
- Design regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI legislation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical principles in development lifecycles
- Advocate responsible AI adoption through executive briefings and stakeholder education
- Establish industry partnerships to shape global AI standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI ethics, policy, or governance with tech industry experience
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- Proven expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or related peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, IIA) preferred
