Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in designing bias mitigation frameworks for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech organizations
- Strong background in quantum computing ethics and explainable AI (XAI)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
