Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics policies aligned with global standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Establish governance frameworks for third-party AI vendor risk assessment
- Represent the company in industry coalitions shaping AI regulation and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of ethical AI training programs across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- Strong background in machine learning and AI system architecture
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM)
