Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI innovation
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Monitor emerging technologies for existential risk mitigation opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, AI Ethics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech policy, or futurist strategy
- Published research on AI alignment or existential risk mitigation
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in participatory design methodologies for ethical tech
- Deep understanding of generative AI architectures and limitations
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
