Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI focus

- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning
- Experience with ethical frameworks like IEEE 7001 and Asilomar Principles
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., Google, IBM, or Microsoft programs)
