Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in AI alignment, algorithmic fairness, or existential risk mitigation
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools and adversarial ML techniques
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
