Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era technologies
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI architectures
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI standards (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics working groups with product and research teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models (e.g., Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Strong background in privacy-preserving ML techniques (differential privacy, federated learning)
- Experience translating ethical principles into technical requirements
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Certificate)
