Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into user-facing products.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
