Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for AI initiatives, specifically focusing on 2026 product roadmaps and emerging trends.
- System Design: Design scalable, robust, and secure machine learning systems and cloud infrastructure to support high-volume data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics to drive innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing AI models and pipelines for performance, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and database technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
