Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable multi-agent AI systems capable of handling complex, independent tasks.
- Integrate state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 4) into production-grade agents.
- Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for high-volume deployments.
- Implement robust security protocols and safety guardrails for autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research) to define the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience building agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Deep understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures.
