Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized digital/physical filing systems
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Assist with onboarding processes and coordinate team meetings and events
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including expense reporting and invoice processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience with executive-level exposure
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification required
