Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight: Direct the planning and execution of venue operations, logistics, and crowd management strategies for all 16 host stadiums.
- Technical Coordination: Partner with engineering teams to integrate state-of-the-art broadcast, scoring, and fan experience technologies.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams across the USA, Canada, and Mexico to ensure unified standards and protocols.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party logistics providers, security firms, and hospitality vendors.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between FIFA, local organizing committees, and government agencies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in large-scale event management, preferably with international sporting events or mega-projects.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Sports Management; Masterās degree preferred.
- Geography: Demonstrated experience working across North America or managing cross-border operations.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in high-pressure environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com) and data analytics tools.
