Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience frameworks
- Lead global innovation labs prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to transform legacy operations using predictive analytics
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI governance and sustainable technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects in decentralized networks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Represent InnovateX at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year enterprise roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI model interpretability
