Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models in production environments.
- Innovation Leadership: Proactively identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into the company's product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models for specific domain applications to improve accuracy and reduce latency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Engineering) to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols regarding bias, fairness, and transparency.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI research, with a strong focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
