Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architecture of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems, optimizing for speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure model scalability, reliability, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed applications.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, research papers, and industry standards to drive innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact ML models to production environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
