Responsibilities

- Lead research and development initiatives in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and autonomous agent systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time, high-stakes applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to seamlessly integrate advanced AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security to ensure robust operational resilience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or applied research.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
