Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze global technological, economic, and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with long-term business objectives
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future-focused initiatives on market positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and scaling disruptive business models
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data literacy with experience in predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
