Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and autonomous systems
- Identify emerging tech trends with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with ESG and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 technology adoption
- Author thought leadership papers on post-quantum security paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Experience scaling innovation from lab to market (>$100M products)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Python and quantum programming languages (Q#)
