Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field

- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 90%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology strategy
