Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- 10+ years leading disruptive tech initiatives at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum cryptography, neuromorphic chips, and carbon-negative AI
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 500+ engineers
- Patents in at least two emerging tech domains
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- TEDx speaker or equivalent industry influence
